Mystery Shopping Providers Association Certification
The Mystery Shopping Providers Association, or MSPA, provides quality training for shoppers to assure excellent customer service feedback. The MSPA offers an online course for Silver certification for $15. Once you have completed this you can also take the more advanced Gold certification program on DVD.
We do not require you to be a certified shopper, but it will help you get more assignments.
